Kargolux is one of the famous cargo sites of the country, it has a special place among the cargo companies operating in Azerbaijan. Kargolux.az carries out cargo orders from Turkey to Azerbaijan at fast, discounted prices. The project was developed from scratch by our experienced IT team in the field of cargo in accordance with the technical requirements of the client. Now let's talk about what we do during the development phase when we are preparing the website.
- There are 50 employees/operators and a control panel designed for domestic branches and foreign warehouses. It should be noted that half of the employees work abroad and an individual admin panel has been prepared for each of them.
- There are important systems such as ERP, CRM, CMS, accountability, statistics solutions within the control panel. These systems facilitate the management of day-to-day operations, company interaction with customers, data management, reduction of unnecessary tasks, prioritization of potential customers, and website management.
- It is the first cargo company integrated with the SmartCustoms system within the State Customs Committee. Even when the SmartCustoms system was being built, our IT team gave its solutions and suggestions for the development and proper structure of this system.
- In the customer panel, there are many functions, such as Azn and Turkish lira balance system, manage parcels, track, order courier, link. Through these functions, the user's work becomes easier and he performs all the processes without leaving the site. He can control his order.
- There is a cross-platform based mobile application and an API system for this application.
- The server side of the project is developed inside a special server and is used only for this project of the client. Our experienced DevOps specialists perform technical control and monitoring of the client's server every day, and provide technical support from the security side. Client software is upgraded based on the latest server technologies.
- Database can store millions of data very easily. That is, the increase of customer data will not load the website, it will not have any negative effect on its speed.
- The project has been operating in the market for more than 3 years and we can say that it has successfully passed the test of customers. Because there are quite strong competitors in the market and it managed to shine among them. We can say that 90% of this is related to the system we built, and we paid special attention to the security of customer data in the system we built. So, we can call the software the core of the cargo business, because the entire business process in this area is built on the software.
